Domestic Students


  • Fill in the Application Form only if you satisfy yourself about your eligibility for admission in the program.
  • If you have appeared in a qualifying examination and the result thereof is awaited, you can apply provisionally to go through the admission process subject to fulfillment of the eligibility criteria.
  • The Application Form has to be filled in your own handwriting and all the undertakings is to be signed by the applicant only.
  • The instructions in the Application Form are self-explanatory. Kindly adhere to them strictly.
  • It is mandatory to provide your email address (clearly) as it will be used by the Admission Office for any communication.
  • University / Board marks filled in the Application Form will be considered for all procedures related to the admission. Any discrepancy found during the original document verification will result in the cancellation of the admission.

If the candidate is selected he or she is required to submit the full Semester Fee along with the following documents:

  • Admission Form
  • Four Passport Size Photographs
  • Matriculation DMC
  • Matriculation Passing Certificate
  • 10+2 DMC
  • 10+2 Passing Certificate
  • Mark sheets of Graduation
  • Degree of Graduation
  • Residence Proof (Voter Card/Driving License etc.)
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Character Certificate (Original)
  • Migration Certificate/Transfer Certificate (Original)
  • Gap Certificate (if applicable)(Original)
  • Medical Fitness Certificate (Original)
  • Blood Group Report

International Students


  • Fill in the Application Form only if you satisfy the eligibility criteria for admission to the programme.
  • If you have appeared in a qualifying examination and the result thereof is awaited, you can apply provisionally to go through admission process. If you do not qualify the eligibility condition, then your provisional admission will be cancelled.
  • The Application Form has to be filled in your own handwriting in black ink and undertaking is to be signed by the applicant only.
  • The instructions in the Application Form are self-explanatory. Kindly adhere to them strictly.
  • It is mandatory to provide your email address (clearly) as it will be used by the Admission Office for any communication.
  • Foreign students / Foreign University Degree holders should attach photocopies of academic transcripts and AIU Equivalence Certificate. University / Board / Marks filled in the Application Form will be considered for all procedures related to the admission. Any discrepancy found during the original document verification will result in cancellation of the desired Admission.
  • Admission will be confirmed if student is issued Student visa endorsed to GNA University for joining full time program. No other endorsement will be accepted. The visa should be valid for the prescribed duration of the program.
  • It may be noted that no request for change in the particulars filled in the Application Form by you will be entertained under any circumstances.
  • Student need to submit Medical Test Report within a week from the date of admission from a Registered Medical Practitioner or a Medical Practitioner nominated by the University.
  • All Foreign / NRI students will be required to register themselves with the concerned District Foreigners Registration Officer / Foreigners Regional Registration Officers, within 14 days of their first arrival in India.
  • The student should have passed secondary level English language examination.

Offer of Admissions


Provisional Offer of Admission will be given to the shortlisted applicants subject to confirmation based on the following:

  • Scanned copy of all pages of Passport.
  • Scanned photograph
  • Copy of transcripts of qualifying examination
  • If you have appeared in a qualifying examination and the result thereof is awaited, you can apply provisionally to go through the admission process. If you do not qualify the eligibility condition, then your provisional admission will be cancelled.
  • Submission of Medical Test Report within a week from the date of admission from a Registered Medical Practitioner or a Medical Practitioner nominated by the University.
  • Adequate Medical Insurance Cover

The following documents are required at the time of the registration with the Foreigners Registration Officer:

  • Photocopy of Passport and visa
  • Four Photographs
  • Details of Residence in India
  • HIV / AIDS Test Report from one of the WHO recognized Institutions
  • Provisional Admission Letter from GNA University in support of your student visa
