CAMPUS PLACEMENT DRIVE @ GU BY RALSON INDIA LTD.

GNA University conforming to its standards of giving best placement assurance had organized campus drive of Ralson India Ltd. for students of Faculty of Design & Innovation and GNA Business School.
Ralson is market leader in India in bicycle tyres, largest exporter of bicycle tyres and tubes from India and one of the largest manufacturers of bicycle tyres in the world along with other bicycle components like Career, Chain wheel, Hub, Frame, Pedal, Single Wheel, Chain Cover, Fork, Handle, Mud Guard and Saddle. With the successful launch of hi-tech tubeless tyres for motorcycles, Ralson is gradually carving a notable position for itself in automobile tyre industry also.



They shortlisted 12 candidates out of 50 students for HR &Marketing and 11 candidates out of 40 students for Design and Production, after conducting written test, group discussion and personal interview.



Mr. V.K. Khurana (Sr. Vice President HR) congratulated S. Gurdeep Singh Seehra (Pro Chancellor, GNA University & CEO – GNA Gears Ltd.) for running skill enhancement – career oriented graduation as well as certification programs for the students which has bridged the gap between educational sector and industrial/corporate sector. He also discussed with Mr. C.R.Tripathy, Dean – Faculty of Design and Innovation (CAD/CAM) that he is surprised to observe that students at diploma-graduation level are learning advanced technologies by PTC ,DassaultSystemes, SIEMENS PLM at this state of their learning. This will improve their skill sets to grab opportunities available in modern industrial/corporate world. He also said that GNA University is the best in northern region in terms of Industry-Education interface activities.
Mr. Vivek Mittal, Mr. Sameer Verma, Mr. Karanjeet, Vice President Marketing, Mr. AmitKhanna, Manager Design & Development and Mr. Rajeshwar, Manager Design & Development were also present.
