Guest Lecture On "Array of Fragrance"
29-03-2018GNA University, Faculty of Hospitality organized “Array of Fragrance” a hands-on training Flower Arrangement Workshop on 29th March 2018 for the 2nd Semester students of BHMCT & B.Sc. Hotel Management.
Mr. Surya; Chief Florist at Flower Point Jalandhar was the expert invited to conduct this workshop. The participants enjoyed the exposure to the wide range of flower arrangements.
Prof. Dr. VK Rattan Vice Chancellor, GNA University graced this workshop and said Flowers are regarded as a symbol of love, beauty and gift of nature and certainly these types of workshops will give practical exposure to the students. Mr. Gurdeep Sigh Sihra Pro Chancellor, GNA University said these types of skill-based learning workshops are certainly the right steps for an organization that continuously strives to be among the leading Hotel Management institute of India.
Mr. Varinder Singh Rana, Deputy Dean Faculty of Hospitality explained the students about practical use of Flower arrangements in day-to-day operations of a hotel and appreciated the efforts of housekeeping team for arranging these types of skill-based learning workshops.
