Workshop on Latest Trends in Sauces

GNA University organized workshop on Latest Trends in Sauces and their role in Culinary for the students of Faculty of Hospitality.
The workshop was delivered by chef Vipin Kaushal, Sr. regional chef Wizzie Good & Rich Foods Pvt. Ltd.
The objective behind organizing this workshop was to make the students aware the use of sauces and their derivatives that have been used to produce a variety of dishes by mixing and combining and they could be used for various purposes like dips, gravies, garnishing, condiments, dressings and salads.
