Electronics and Communication Engineering is an emerging field from last few decades and in future also. All of the applications which make our life easier and enjoyable such as Television, Radio, Computers, Mobiles etc. are designed and developed by Electronics and Communication Engineers. Opens up great career prospects for the students. Electronic communications engineers conceptualize, design, test and oversee the manufacturing of communications and broadcast systems. They mainly work to integrate electronics and communications into any system they develop. The students after completion of the degree can easily avail job opportunities in manufacturing industries and service organizations such as broadcasting, consulting, data communication, entertainment, research and development, defense and system support.

Master's degree programs in electronics engineering allow students to concentrate on communication field and signal processing field. The core curriculum includes communications-specific classes such as statistical and digital signal processing and digital image processing.
