Experience & Expertise: He has an experience of more than 17 years industrial and academics. He has worked with many reputed such as ITC Hotel, Sheraton & Towers, Princess Cruise lines USA, Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman Island, APIM, Ahmedabad, IHMCU, Udaipur, IIHM Delhi and GNA-IMT.


Name: Mr. Gaurav Bathla
Qualification: Ph.D. Hotel Management & Tourism, MBA (Hotel Management & Tourism), BHMCT
Experience & Expertise:
* He has an experience of 10.5 years in academics. His area of expertise is Accommodation Operations.
* Research Area - Hospitality Education
* Authored more than 12 research papers in Scopus Indexed and UGC Approved Journals.
* Editorial Board Member of International Journal of Transformation in Tourism & Hospitality Management and Cultural Heritage
* Certified Assessor of Domestic Workers Sector Skill Council (NSDC)
* Appreciated with Global Hospitality Research Award -2019 at Subharti University Meerut (UP)


Name: Mr. Ajay Chandel
Qualification: Ph.D. (Pursuing), MBA, BHMCT,
Experience & Expertise: He has an experience of 8 years as an academician. He has worked with various hospitality institutions such as NFCI Jalandhar, CT Group of institution Jalandhar, LPU Jalandhar. His has expertise in Food and Beverage Services.


Name: Chef Sonu Kumar Katnoriya
Qualification: Ph.D. in Hotel Management (Pursuing), M.Sc. HTM
Experience & Expertise: He has experience of over 13 Years both in industry and academics. He has worked with various reputed organiations such as Hotel Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Sahara Amby Valley by Sahara India Pariwar, Princess Cruise USA, Indus International University, Tahliwal. He area of expertise are international cuisine, carving (vegetable, fruit, ice and thermocol)


Name: Mr. Vipin Garg
Qualification: Ph.D. in Hotel Management (Pursuing), M.Sc. HMCT, PG Diploma in Accommodation Operation management, B. Com.
Experience & Expertise: He has a total 20 Years of Experience in the Hospitality industry includes Industry and Academia. He has worked with Taj Palace New Delhi, Holiday Inn Ahmedabad, Hotel Ritz Inn Ahmedabad, Hotel Planet President Indore, Hotel Laxmi Niwas Palace Bikaner and as an Assistant Professor at CGC Landran Mohali.


Name: Chef Ashish Raina
Qualification: Ph.D. Hotel Management (Pursuing), MBA Hotel Management, B.Sc. Hospitality & Hotel Administration
Experience & Expertise:
* He has an experience of 9.5 Years. His expertise are: Food Production (Indian and International Cuisines)
* Research Area - Hospitality Education
* Authored 04 research papers in Scopus Indexed and UGC Approved Journals.

* Published an edited book on Hospitality Management education in India


Name: Mr. Praveen Kumar
Qualification: MBA in Hospitality Management (Pursuing), MA (Travel and Tourism), MBA (Retail and Marketing), B. Sc. (Hotel and Hospitality)
Experience & Expertise: He is a passionate hospitality professional and academician with over 7 years of experience. He worked with Jubilant Food works as an Associate Manager, and an assistant professor in Victoria Institute of Hotel management. His areas of expertise include Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Service and Hospitality Marketing.


Name: Dr. Kusum
Qualification: Ph.D. (Tourism Management), M. Phil. (Tourism Management), MBA (Hospitality Management), Masters in Tourism Management (MTM), B. Sc. (Med), UGC NET-JRF
Experience & Expertise: She is an Assistant Professor of Travel and Tourism Management and her area of expertise include tour operations, tourism resources, international tourism and tourism marketing. She has an experience of more than 10 years both in teaching and tourism industry domain. She has worked with reputed multinational national travel agency. She has a Doctorate degree from Kuruksehtra University, Kurukshetra. She has attended and presented papers in various seminars, conferences, and workshops. She is also an Assistant editor of GNA Journal of Management and Technology.


Name: Mr. Shiv Raj
Qualification: Ph.D. (Pursuing), PGDESD, CTRBS, MTM, B.Sc. (ATH)
Experience & Expertise: He is an Assistant Professor with more than 04 years Industrial and academic experience. He worked with various organizations such as brew master in Cafe Coffee Day Chandigarh and as an assistant professor in ITFT College Chandigarh. He has completed three online Certificate course through E Learning College. He has also done Incredible India Tourist Facilitator Certification (IITFC) from Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India.


Name: Mr. Vineet Kohli
Qualification: Ph.D. in Hotel Management (Pursuing), MHM, BHM,
Experience & Expertise: He has an experience of 3.5 years. He has worked with a leading multinational organization dedicated towards skills development programs before switching to core academics in a university. His areas of expertise are housekeeping, front office, food and beverage service, human resources, etc.


Name: Ms. Shagun Khaira
Qualification: MBA in Hotel Management (Pursuing), Masters in Tourism Management, Bachelors in Airlines, Tourism and Hospitality Management
Experience & Expertise: She has 7.5 years of teaching experience. She has worked with DIPS Institute of Management and Technology for and St. Soldier Institute of Hotel Management. She has expertise in travel and tourism.

Qualification: M. Sc. (Dietetics and Food Service Management))
Experience & Expertise: She has an experience of 5.5 years both in industry and academia. She has worked with The Lalit and Rayat Bahra university. Her expertise’s are in the field of Nutrition and Food Production.

Experience & Expertise: He has 7 years of experience in Industry and Academic. He has worked with various organizations such as hotel ITC Rajputana, Konark College of Hotel Management Sikar, Mohan Lal Shukhadiya University Udaipur. His expertise includes Food Production (Indian Cuisine).

Experience & Expertise: He is an International Hospitality management graduate from Queen Margaret University, Scotland U.K. He has worked in London, Scotland & Northern Ireland with brands like Radisson, Marriott & Harry Ramsden's. He has 14 years of experience in Industry & academics combined. His expertise includes Food Production (Multi Cuisine)


Name: Chef Bhupinder Singh
Qualification: MHMCT (Pursuing), BHMCT
Experience & Expertise: He has 7 years of experience in Industry and Academics. He has worked with many reputed organizations such as Hotel Peppermint, Hotel Radisson Windsor, Kabsa & Daqus Arabic Restaurant at (Doha Qatar) and as a Teaching Assistant with St. Soldier IHM Jalandhar. Indian cuisine and tandoori section are his area of expertise.
