Aim & Scope
The GNA Journal of Management and Technology (GJMT) is an open-access, bi-annual, peer-reviewed multidisciplinary journal published by S. Amar Singh Educational Charitable Trust, Jalandhar on behalf of GNA University, Phagwara, Punjab, India. The journal aims to publish innovative scholarly empirical and theoretical research articles that have the potential to enrich management and technical education. GJMT fosters mutual learning through research papers from eminent scholars and industry professionals, serving as a vibrant platform for knowledge exchange.
The journal published in English, provides an intellectual platform for research scholars, students, and academicians to showcase knowledge and share innovative research outcomes that contribute to societal development.
GJMT invites original research work for submissions from the sciences, management, engineering, social sciences, and related fields, as well as book reviews of a recently published article to share expert opinions and views on recent challenges, innovations and developments.

GJMT adheres to blind review process where identity of the author to reviewer and vice versa is cancelled. Authors are also required to mask the self-citation work in the manuscript.

Journal of Management and Technology of GNA University invites quality research papers for their blind peer reviewed, Vol. X, No. 1, June 2024 (ISSN–0974-5726) and Vol. XI, No. 1, June 2024 (ISSN–0974-5726). The Editorial Board of the Journal invites the original manuscripts in the form of research papers, review articles, case study, and book reviews for GNA Journal of Management and Technology December 2024 issue.
