Submit the final spiral bound thesis as per university format and below documents to Examination Department through RDC office.The required documents are:-

• Cover Letter (attached format 4) 
• Two hard copies of theses (spiral bound and double sided) 
• Two hard copies of Plagiarism report signed by the Supervisor  (Must include submission ID page and title page of thesis)
• One Pendrive with
• pdf file of the full thesis (thesis must include scanned signed declaration, supervisor certificate, and acknowledgment, list of publications etc.)
• pdf of one page of abstract 
• Pdf of full plagiarism check report from Turnitin software from the Supervisor's account.
• Two hard copies of one page abstract signed by the student and Supervisor
• Student no due form (available at registrar's office) 
• Two passport size photographs (hard copies
• Two hard Photocopies of Bachelor’s and Master's Details Marks Cards and Degrees
• Undertaking of Similarity index (hard signed copy) (attached format)
• One hard copy of recommendations of the PhD research work
• Student ID Card
