Step-I

Submit Hard Copies of below documents after approval from supervisor:-

• Application for pre-submission presentation through Supervisor as per the attached format.
• Signed Hard copy of Summary of Ph.D. work (Chapter-wise 3-4 pages)
• hard signed copy of list of publications as per the attached format
• hard signed copies of full papers published/accepted in Journals (one at least published) and Conference Certificates (two minimum)
• Proofs of Publication Journals in UGC/ Scopus/ WOS lists.
• Hard signed copy of Recommendations of the Study
• University fee receipt of the current semester (there should not be fee/late fee dues of any semester).

Step- II

Email below soft copies of documents:-

• Pdf file of full Ph.D. Thesis as per the attached format instructions.
• Plagiarism Report taken from the Supervisor turnitin account (Plagiarism should be less than 10%).
• Pdf file of Summary of Ph.D. work (Chapter-wise 3-4 pages)
• Word file of List of publications as per the shared format.
• Recommendations of the study (1-2 pages)
• Pdf files of journal papers and scanned copies of conference certificates, book chapter, conference papers, patents etc.
• Orcid ID Link (id must be public and include publications list)
