Guest lecture on Industrial robotics and its applications
22-02-2018Faculty of Design and innovation GNA University organized seminar on “Industrial robotics and its application” in association withPrag Robotics Chennai a government recognized Company.
As many as 350 students of B.Tech (Mechanical and Automation, Robotics and Automation, CAD/CAM and aerospace) attended the seminar. The key speaker of seminar is Mr. GokulChandrasekaran M.S. Robotics, Automation and signal from Italy and France. 
The seminar was started by Mr. C.R. Tripathy Dean Faculty of Design and Innovation.MrGokul was sharing their expert knowledge with students on Robotics and future of robotics. Robots have come to play a widespread and crucial role in many industrial operations today. Robots will most likely be manufactured for a limited number of distinct tasks such as painting, welding or lifting. Robots are used in assembling of automobile vehlicles like BMW, Maruti, TATA and Health care hospitals, patient-care, surgery , research, etc. He demonstrated the Robotic assistant for micro surgery and aerospace industry.
MrGokulare very impreesive from the students of GNA University. Students learnt advance technologies like CAD, CAM, Automation and Robotics from the very foundation level.
