About ICOHOST

The International Conference on Hospitality & Tourism (ICOHOST) was initiated by the School of Hospitality in the year 2016 to enrich research in the field of Hospitality and Tourism. The one-day International Conference on Hospitality and Tourism under the theme ‘Contemporary Practices Trends and Innovations in Hospitality and Tourism’ was organized on November 12, 2016. Souvenir and Book were released on this occasion. 115 delegates and 15 resource persons attended the conference, and a total of 30 research papers were presented during 3 technical sessions.

The Second ICOHOST was organized in association with ITHC (Indian Tourism and Hospitality Congress on 27th April 2019 with the theme ‘Advancements in Hospitality and Tourism Industry: A way Ahead’. A total of 118 Abstracts were received and 72 research papers were presented in four technical sessions at the conference while 61 papers were published in UGC approved Journal.

The Third International Conference on Hospitality and Tourism (ICOHOST 2020) “Hospitality and Tourism Industry: A Better Future for All “over a virtual platform on 7th November 2021 A total of 158 Abstracts were received and 82 research papers were presented in four technical sessions at the conference while 57 papers were published in UGC approved Journal.

The Fourth International Conference on Hospitality and Tourism (ICOHOST 2021) was organized on 27th November, 2021 on Hybrid mode on theme 'Hospitality & Technology: Collaborating for Synchronised Growth'. A total of 53 Abstracts were received and 42 research papers were presented in two technical sessions at the conference While Conference Proceedings was published.

The 5th International Conference on Hospitality and Tourism (ICOHOST) in 2023 focused on the theme "Rethinking Tourism: Reshaping the Future of Tourism and Hospitality Industry." The event took place on February 11th, 2023 (Saturday). A total of 30 research papers were published during the conference, covering various aspects of the tourism and hospitality industry. The conference provided a platform for scholars and researchers to explore innovative ideas and perspectives, contributing to the ongoing discourse on the future evolution of the tourism sector.

In continuation of this, we are now organizing our 6th International Conference on Hospitality and Tourism (ICOHOST 2024).
