Since 1981, the industry has recognized and honoured these hospitality professionals for their efforts and dedication. Housekeeping doesn't work in isolation, it's an integral part of the seamless operation of any establishment. From front-office to back-of-house and cleaning, every department relies on the expertise of housekeepers to maintain the overall guest experience.

They are the ones who transform hotel rooms into heavens of comfort, ensuring every detail is impeccable. Their meticulous attention to cleanliness and order creates the foundation for an exceptional stay.

Keeping in mind, the hard work and dedication of GNA University - School of Hospitality celebrated International Housekeeping Week from September 10th to 16th,2023. The long-week celebration is an opportunity to express our gratitude and show appreciation for tireless efforts through various activities and events like Rangoli competition, Best out of waste competition, Room Division quiz, towel art competition, Workshop on flower decoration, cleaning awareness drive at railway station Phagwara, and appreciation and facilitation of University housekeeping staff were organized.

We aim to highlight the importance of their role in creating a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
