01-02-2018 Aerospace students visited Indian Space Research Organization (Vikram Sarabhai Space Exhibition - Space Application Centre), Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The students learned the basics of Spacecraft, different stages and the applications used in spacecraft. The students also came to know about different types of Spacecraft Engines along with their technical specifications and different stage conditions. 
Moreover, students enhanced their technical skills regarding Space Mission. Mr H.B. Pandya (Distinguish Scientist) and Mr R.Verma(Scientist -G) at ISRO, Ahmedabad enlightened the students regarding the emerging technologies in Spacecraft and also explained the functioning of Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) and Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV). During the session, they also gave us a 3D demonstration of Mars Orbital Mission (MOM). The students also saw different models of Spacecraft and Satellites at ISRO, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
In the nutshell, students came to know about Mars mission and Chandrayaan 2 and upcoming India's space mission.Students found this visit very informative, interesting and helpful to enhance their technical knowledge.
