01-12-2016Students from Faculty of Design and Innovation (CAD/CAM) visited IETSS 2016 Exhibition. International Engineering Technology Sourcing Show (IETSS) is a unique one of its kind exhibition casing innovations in the field of engineering & allied industries and promoted by a team of professionals who are pioneers in the field of technology and strongly emphasize the use of new technologies like CAD, CAM, CAE, PLM and many more for the growth of industries in the region. The students were enlightened about the role and use of CAD, CAM and digital manufacturing process for the design and development of all types of commercial and consumer products through high tech CNC Machines like VMCs & HMCs, EDMs, Wire Cut Machines etc. They also got awareness of the use of robotic control systems for the implementation of industrial automation into CIM systems for various manufacturing operations.
